Creative Technology Ireland were joined by collaborators Verve as they hosted an in-depth Broadcast Studio training session

For Years, traditional TV studios have been a fixed set with a more recent addition of green screen backgrounds, however with the recent advances in LED technology, LED displays are becoming the leading solution in the creation of modern broadcast studio environments.

For our training session, our Systems Integration, Creative Services and Live Events teams combined their expertise to create a mock studio set up consisting of ROE Visual LED, Sony Broadcast cameras, Aver AI professional tracking camera and a Black Magic URSA.

We were delighted to be joined by Verve, one of our valued clients who we regularly work with on similar projects, with the session discussing LED backdrops, lighting, Moiré and how to avoid it, camera distances and lenses as well as the different outcomes and potential issues from each camera.
